  We can quickly let you know if you can achieve what you want within your budget; this may require a free onsite visit. Sometimes all that is needed to make your dream home fit into your budget is some aesthetic changes.

• YOUR DILEMMA; If you are not building on vacant land do you do a major renovation or knockdown and rebuild.

  We have helped many clients weigh up the options.  We will provide a free onsite visit to discuss with you the options and weigh up the approximate costs of renovating or knockdown and rebuild.

  Image Buildings uses the Current HIA NSW Building Contracts relevant to you project, designed and written in plain English by the HIA.
